JARDIN DE LÉGUMES - Heide Vegetable Garden

Vue de Monde, Melbourne CBD

I’ve heard so much about Vue de Monde; every time I go to Melbourne and not have at least dropped by Bistro Vue, I get a pitying look and a consolatory pat. Well, pity looks and consolatory pats no more! I’ve finally dined at Vue de Monde… and boy, have I ever been missing out!

Berowra Waters Inn, Berowra Waters

A couple of friends have recently been to Berowra Waters Inn and raved on about the food, telling us that we must eat here. When we finally booked it, we asked them what was good ...

Little Nepal, Burwood

“Let’s meet up for dinner,” suggested my north shore friend, Sisiely. “But I’m only going as far as Burwood.” Given the duty of choosing a place to eat, I hoped I chose a place that was decent and worth her trip into the inner west. Moo Gourmet Burgers, Coogee

A few months ago, Sam told me about Moo Gourmet Burgers (rather it was his exclamations of “duck and bacon burger!!! BBQ PORK BELLY BURGER!!!” that got my attention) and ever since then, I became obsessed with them. It wasn’t until the end of December that I actually got to eat it and boy, I wasn’t disappointed. So good was my first experience that F and I actually went there not twice but three times (four for him) during the space of 3 weeks.

Burger Battle, New Zealand Style

Burger Battle, New Zealand Style

The second and final part of my two-part series of our eats in New Zealand’s beautiful South Island is a burger battle! In the ring we have the newly found (i.e. we just found it) Red Star Luxury Burgers challenging the old favourite Fergburger for the title of EST’s Burger Champion of New Zealand.
