Bodega Tapas Bar, Surry Hills

Bodega Tapas Bar, Surry Hills

I loved the service here: the wait staff were so friendly, informative and very attentive. I also loved how they were dressed: vintage style, complete with elegantly vintage-styled hair. The food came out quite quick and we didn’t have to wait for long for a dish to arrive once an empty one was taken away.

Selah, Circular Quay

Selah, Circular Quay

When I received their newsletter informing me of their new menu, it wasn’t decision of whether I should go, it was of when I should go.

Tetsuya’s, Sydney

Tetsuya’s, Sydney

Tetsuya’s reputation as one of the best restaurants for fine dining in Sydney (if not The Best Restaurant) precedes itself to even the non-foodie me of several years ago. Its reputation is further garnered by a surreptitiously covert location (behind the Judge House and big, leafy trees) and its slightly stand-offish gates… oh and not to mention meals at exorbitant prices.
