I love the smell of summer. However, I don’t like the smell of people in summer. The great thing about this time of year is the easy excuse of throwing a bbq. We heard rumours on the information super highway that a few friends of ours were keen on trying out lamb on a spit, too easy. We rocked up at our local butcher and made an order 2 days before our scheduled bbq.

Happy New Year everyone! I hope you all had a great NYE, and more importantly a fantastic 2008. So what’s your NY resolution ? Our’s is probably to eat out in the Suburbs more as there is alot of good ethnic food out there. Anyway, since we started working on EST ‘properly’ , there have been a few highlight eats which we had some good times and great food. I’ve collated some of the less recent posts which cover some great restaurants around Sydney.

First of all apologies for the lack of posts. As with most things in life, you go through the motions and alot of things go through the life cycle of a bell curve. In saying that, we have a few posts to churn out in the next few days.

You either love it or hate it. Seafood is an interesting part of our food chain. I know some people who would do anything for seafood. Yet others would rather a sausage sizzle or two (Leon comes to mind, he loves a sausage sizzle on a friday night on oxford st).
