I had a real craving for chocolate after having an awesome honeycomb chocolate bar at Bentley Restaurant and Bar last night. It made me think though, how hard could it be to make a chocolate bar ? At $8 a bar, it’s a bit steep to have regularly. Check out my attempt at making Sherry Yard’s chocolate bar.
