Would love to visit Australia whereby I could attend The “Vintage Cellars” International Wine Fair 2010 and get to see and talk to all the expert wine people under the one roof, not only from Australia but from all over the world, would be so educational and unbelievably Wine-tastic!

California’s Napa Valley > features one of the best Cab Sauv in the world…my mom always said “Sausage, Californian wine is the best”…i yet have to try one… =)

Mmm. Chile. I’ve never been interested in South America as a place I’d like to go, but a recent churrascuro experience at a Brasilian BBQ was accompanied by the most amazing Chilean wine.
I think I need to investigate further….
Seems like the Overseas Passenger Terminal would be a great first stop.

Nappa Valley! It would be my first stop after watching shows like top chef and also knowing about their reputation. Second would Be Adelaide Hills for Shaw&Smith.. Can’t go past their 06′ Shiraz

I’d head to Oregon/Washington states in the Pacific Northwest, US…beautiful area and great Pinots. Lots of outdoor pursuits as well.
