Totally agree Donna – Steve & Kate are doing an amazing job, great people and great food ! Previously, the pizzas were fine along as long as you liked a little topping with your garlic oil !

Thats funny i’m a regular and I think the complete opposite. Atleast the new owners give you plenty of topping and the pizzas are still the same price that the previous owner charged me four years ago. I think the new owners have alot more flavour in there pizzas and the dough is exceptional.
There are not many woodfired pizza places that actually use timber anymore, mostly use gas and the flavour just doesnt compare.
I would definately advise anyone looking for a traditional woodfired pizza to stop in at the Bredbo Pizzeria.

David McGregor: That’s a shame to hear that it used to be better before the new owners took over. I wish I could have tried the original owner’s pizza!

Helen (grabyourfork): Hahah really? I’ve only seen them in those American movies and am always surprised to see them here… and now. XD Heheh Helen, the leftovers didn’t even make it through to the next day! F and Mark were munching on them on the way back home.

Fiona: That would make sense =P Sometimes you can be surprised at how fresh seafood can be so far inland… Though this is not quite the best of examples though haha.

The iced chocolate was wonderful! Mmm could do one right now…

The Ninja: Heheh Do it. We never stopped there because we always ate at Subway in Cooma. Might mix it up a bit from now on hehe.

Yes! =D Serge’s is great… though never tried their chips and gravy – it’s their rolls that’s got us hooked ^_^

Gone past this place so many times but never thought their pizza would be any good…will definitely drop in next time I’m heading down to the snow. Good refreshment on the drive down

Serge’s in Jindabyne is another good spot around the ski area, great chips and gravy

I laugh whenever I go past too. I think everyone does.

That ice choc looks rgeat – when I was a kid in Newcastle milkshakes always came out with the extra in the cup, never iced choc.

The iced chocolate looks great. You could still get those metal cups from milk bars in the 1980s but maybe I’m just showing my age. Lol. And best thing about pizza is that leftovers always taste great for breakfast the next day

I used to go there when the original owners were there a few years ago. The food there now is pretty average compared to what it was.

The menu is the same, but the pizzas were larger and tastier. We stopped going there after trying the new owner’s pizzas because they just couldn’t compare.
