I had this today... the burger that is and OMG its was everything and more that i expected it to be...

one thing you didn't mention about the wagyu beef sandwich was the bread.. its not your normal bread and i still don't know what they used but it really made the sandwich. it was perfectly toasted and gave the sandwich a beautiful crunch before you hit the tender beef strips covered in the sauce.. $10 well spent!

Ah, I remember the one I had, very fondly. Funny enough, I didn't actually think it was small. Considering how rich it is (wagyu, buttered brioche..), I could barely finish mine!

I would probably forgo the beetroot slice, but the cheese and caramelized onions sound like a great compliment to the beef. I was born and raised on grass-fed beef so I appreciate the improved flavor. Much fuller. Did they give a pre-cooked weight on the burger?

When I had mine mid last year it wasn't enormous but it was still big (about 10cms in diameter). Was it about that size now? I noticed they were selling mini ones at TOS for 10 crowns ($10) and they were mini. They've changed the sausage rolls too-they used to be amazing smokey bacon and pork ones.

the fork on top of the burger is a good indicator the size of the burger. I am yet to try it to compare with the one at Bill's. You should go to Bill's and give theirs a try and see what you think.

That burger sounds delicious. I have to admit though, I have never heard of grass-fed Wagyu beef. Was it really fed grasses only, no grains? Was it kept on open pasture? So curious to know, if so, how marbled the beef was, how it would have scored on the Japan scale. Thanks!

That sausage roll looks beautifully golden, and it sounds like it was nice, but you're right that the price is a bit steep for a small serve. Good on you for getting your workmates to be adventurous!
