Helen : I’m actually having the Cambodian salad again this Sat at a bbq, I will definately get a recipe! Yeah I find the whole skewer business a bit too fiddly for nam noung. I rather cook it in patties and then slice it up!

Yum. The Cambodian salad sounds fantastic. We need a recipe Hope you didn’t lose any mushrooms on the coals, and I love how you skip the whole skewer business for the nem nuong. A nem nuong giant pattie is my kinda eating!

Simon : BBQ’s are always good! You can’t go wrong.

Lorraine : Yeah the Cambodian salad is awesome, I’m still working on that recipe!

Arwen : Anything home grown is good! We have beans growing well atm, lemon grass is going strong as usual, my rosemary tree is dying but the fig tree is starting to show some life!

FFichiban : I’d love to drink hoegarrdens all the time, pity for the price

Maria : It was a great day for a bbq, not too hot nor too cold. Shame you couldn’t soak it in!

Wow, looks like a great feed! wish it was hot where I was for christmas. Would have been great having a good old aussie bbq and some ice cold frosties.
