I&#039;m still a bit 50/50 on fusion food, in the case of Indian it&#039;s even more difficult to be &#039;modern&#039; about it. The 4 hour dinner actually made me even more hungry at the end of it =/</description>

		<description>Wow, the photos look great. Low light? What low light! :)

I&#039;ve not a huge fan of fusion food. The deconstructed tandoori chicken looks a lot better than it was first described over yumcha (lol) and the tomato water does sound very intriguing! I do find a long dinner quite tiring though. Instead of a journey it becomes a bit of a marathon!</description>
